You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing any reason. After canceling, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. The return shipping costs from your address to our online store will be at your expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, and exact rates can be found on the shipping company's website.

If you exercise your right to cancel, the product must be returned to the seller along with all accessories and — if possible — in its original condition and packaging.
